Prices
Prices quoted include VAT.
Post & Packaging (UK only)
Post & Packaging is charged at £4.49 per item for UK only; posters are large items and need good protection. Unfortunately, Royal Mail has updated how it charges for parcels and these posters are now 5 cm over their maximum dimension limits for 1st class packages; this means we now have to send them by the more expensive Standard Parcel method.
Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to extra charges or result in your order being canceled and your payment refunded.
Currency
3D Icons accepts payments in pounds sterling (GBP) only.
Payments
All payments are accepted through the secure PayPal payments system; this allows you to pay from your own paypal account or by Credit/Debit Card (You are not required by 3D Icons or paypal to create a paypal account if you do not wish to in order to complete a transaction). Your statement will show "KINGSWEARGALLERY".
Delivery (UK Only)
We aim to send orders out next working day, but please allow 10 working days (weekends are excluded) for delivery. You will receive an email when the item has been dispatched. If we believe delivery maybe different, we will advise by email as soon as possible (such as an out of stock item). If you need to cancel your order due to stock availability, please advise ASAP; once an item has been shipped we are unable to recall it and you must follow the returns procedure below.
Refund Policy (Damaged Goods - UK only)
All products are packaged to reach you in perfect condition. If however this is not the case, please contact us ASAP and we will issue a returns note and ship a replacement item.
Refund Policy (Undamaged Goods UK only)
We hope that you will be delighted with the products you receive from 3D Icons. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, it can be returned for a full refund (excluding Post and Packaging costs) within seven days; provided the following conditions are met:
Please contact 3D Icons at returns@3dicons.co.uk prior to dispatching the items to obtain an authorisation note. Please advise what the issue is so that we may resolve the situation as speedily as possible.
Please ensure that the goods are packed in their original packaging or equivalent so that the goods are received in resalable condition; if you are unsure about an unframed poster, please keep it in its original clear fronted wrappings until you have decided to keep the item.
You are responsible for all return post and packaging costs; for your own security and peace of mind, please use a recorded delivery service and ensure that you obtain sufficient insurance for the items you are sending (proof of posting alone is not sufficient).
We are unable to accept the return of items after seven days.
Changes
We may change these terms and conditions from time to time. You should check this page occasionally for the latest version (version number and change date given at top of this page)
These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.

Every effort is taken to ensure that all information is correct. However, mistakes happen, so if you notice one please help us by bringing it to our attention first.
